Delivery timeframes for bookstore orders

This article outlines the usual handling and delivery times for orders placed through the Mythos & Quills bookstore.

Order preparation

• Orders are gathered and wrapped in our warehouse once payment is confirmed. Most parcels are prepared within a few working days.
• During busy literary seasons or large release periods, preparation may take longer than usual.
• If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, the full parcel may be held until all titles are ready for dispatch.

Delivery methods

• Standard Owl Post follows the usual postal routes. Delivery times vary by region and weather conditions along the owls’ flight paths.
• Express Owl Post is prioritised and typically arrives sooner than standard deliveries.
• Portal Collection may be available in selected cities. When used, your parcel is routed to a designated collection point near your location.
• Digital Scroll editions appear directly in your library within moments of purchase.

When to enquire

• The confirmation you receive at the end of your purchase lists the expected delivery window.
• If an owl has taken noticeably longer than the stated timeframe, contact Bookshop Support with your order number so we can trace its route.
• Please be aware that storms, magical disturbances, or festival periods can cause delays.
