When you place or adjust an order through Mythos’ partner portal, an automated confirmation email is sent immediately with an order reference number (e.g., MQ-####).
You can track it anytime from My Orders → Tracking.
To update quantities or addresses before dispatch, click “Modify Order” within the same view.
After dispatch, please contact Bookshop Support; they can coordinate returns, replacements, or delivery updates through our courier partners (Owl Post, Floo Network, or Muggle Mail).
Tip: keep your invoice PDF handy — it contains the dispatch spell signature used by couriers.
